2.3 Single Account Policy: Only one real-money account per player is permitted. Multiple or duplicate accounts will be closed; any related winnings may be voided.

You may only enter the Casino for your personal entertainment and non-professional use. Professional play or group play is strictly prohibited.

3.2Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. The Casino will not be liable for any losses arising from compromised account details or unauthorized use of your account.

3.3Accurate Registration Details

You must provide true and accurate information when registering. If the Casino determines any information is false or misleading, it may suspend or close your account and nullify associated winnings.

Section 8 — Employee & Affiliate Restrictions

Employees of OzWins Casino, its affiliates, distributors, or other agencies, and immediate family members of these employees are not permitted to participate in real-money play at the Casino.

Deposits & Payment Methods

4.1
Name Consistency

Deposits are accepted only from payment methods bearing the exact name used to register your Casino account.

4.2
Credit Card Usage

We may request color copies (front and back) of card(s), and ID from the card owner, before processing any withdrawals.

Min. Playthrough

You must wager each deposit at least once (1×) before requesting a withdrawal, or a 15% admin fee applies.

6.1 Confidentiality: Your personal details and account history are kept confidential and will only be disclosed to third parties if required by law or in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13.1 Document Requests: You may be asked to provide a valid photo ID, proof of address (e.g. recent utility bill), and clear copies of any credit cards or e-wallets used for deposits.

13.2 Suspended Withdrawals: The Casino may suspend withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

GeneralGeneral Bonus Rules (Points 1–15)

Only players who have registered a Real account are eligible to receive promotions. Bonuses are given once per household/account. Second accounts will be closed and bonuses may be cancelled.

Players must claim and receive their bonus before they start playing with their initial deposit. Requests for bonuses after wagering has begun will be refused.

Unless otherwise stated, all free bonuses must be wagered at least 60 times before withdrawing. Wagering on Blackjack, Video Poker, Craps, American Roulette, Baccarat and other table games does NOT count toward this requirement unless specifically stated.

06.

A promotion is completed when wagering requirements are met OR when balance drops below AU$0.50. Any remaining Bonus Balance below AU$0.50 will be cleared.

11.

All deposit bonuses are cashable. Free no-deposit bonuses hold a maximum cash-out limit of 5× the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.

12.

All deposit bonuses require a minimum deposit of AU$20, unless stated otherwise.

13.

If you have a withdrawable balance from a bonus that you intend to cash out, you must initiate at least one withdrawal within 150 days from coupon redemption. Failure to do so results in forfeiture of winnings.

The maximum withdrawable amount from free money promotions is AU$180 (unless stated otherwise). Any excess over AU$180 will be removed automatically after playthrough is completed or when a payout is requested.

27.

The maximum withdrawal per customer per week is AU$7,500. OzWins Casino reserves the right to determine higher or lower weekly withdrawal limits.

Maximum Bet During Bonus Play — Critical Rule

In the interests of fair gaming, the maximum bet size during the playthrough of any bonus (including cashback offers) is AU$10 per bet. Betting above AU$10 during a bonus playthrough will result in any promotion winnings being voided.

Roulette Restrictions with Active Bonus

Bets placed on Roulette on colour Red and Black are not allowed while a bonus is active — any winnings generated will be voided. Bets placed on European Roulette with an active bonus are also not allowed.

Section 14

Withdrawals

14.1 Return to Source

Where feasible, withdrawals will be sent back to the payment method used for deposit. OzWins reserves the right to determine the method through which you receive withdrawals.

14.2 Account Ownership

Withdrawals can only be made to accounts owned and controlled by the person registered on the Casino account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

14.3 Administration Fee

If your deposit has not been wagered at least once, the Casino reserves the right to charge a processing fee — typically 15% — before approving a withdrawal.

Section 17 — Inactive Accounts

17.1 Any account that remains inactive for 12 months or more will be deemed inactive, and any remaining balance may be voided.

17.2 If you choose to resume play at a later date, management may, at its discretion, restore the previously voided balance to your account.

Fair Play, Conduct & Account Closure

Sec. 7Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

7.1 No Cheating: Using bots, automated systems, or any software designed to gain an advantage is strictly forbidden. The Casino reserves the right to void any winnings derived from such methods.

7.2 Fraud Prevention: Fraudulent or suspicious activity (including chargebacks, false documentation, or misrepresentation) may result in a frozen account, voided winnings, and/or legal remedies.

7.3 Right to Publicize: The Casino reserves the right (where permissible by law) to publicize cheating incidents together with the player’s username and share such information with other casinos and financial institutions.

Sec. 10Grounds for Account Closure & Winnings Forfeiture

Winnings may be voided and/or your balance confiscated if the Casino determines you have done any of the following:

✗Held more than one active account with the Casino
✗Name on account does not match name on payment card(s) used to deposit
✗Withdrew funds before meeting all promotion requirements
✗Provided false, incorrect, or misleading registration details
✗Are under the legal age to gamble
✗Reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
✗Allowed another person to access or play on your account
✗Found cheating or using software to gain an unfair advantage
✗Deemed a bonus abuser (using no-risk or low-risk strategies to extract promotional funds)

Section 19 — Zero Tolerance for Abusive Behaviour

Abusive or offensive language directed at OzWins Casino staff will not be tolerated and will result in suspension of playing privileges.

Inappropriate or offensive usernames — including profane, sexist, or racist language — are not permitted. The Casino may close your account for violations of this policy.

Responsible Gaming

16.1 Self-Exclusion and Limits: We encourage responsible gambling. Players may request deposit limits, temporary breaks (“cooling-off” periods), or full self-exclusion by contacting our customer support team at any time.

16.2 Player Responsibility: The Casino provides these measures as a courtesy. You remain solely responsible for any gambling activity on your account.

Tournament Buy-Ins, Add-ons, or Re-Buys will be deducted from your Real Money account balance. Bonuses cannot be used for Buy-Ins, Add-ons, or Re-Buys on Slot Tournaments.

3.

If you are disconnected during tournament play, the slot will not spin on your behalf. If you reconnect within the tournament time, you can continue playing. Your Win Box total will remain static if you cannot reconnect.

4.

The Buy-In will be refunded to the player account if a slot tournament is cancelled by the Casino.

6.

Customers who have not made any deposits or whose last deposit was more than 90 days ago can only claim tournament winnings once, with a maximum cash-out limit of AU$180.

JackpotLobby Jackpot Terms

1.

To participate, customers must login and manually opt-in. Players can opt-out at any point from contributing to the Lobby Jackpot.

2.

Enrolled players have a chance to win the accumulated jackpot amount as a compulsory 0.01¢ bet will be placed on every spin.

3.

Free bonuses cannot be used to contribute to the Lobby Jackpot. Jackpots won while playing with a free bonus balance are subject to the maximum withdrawable amount of that bonus.

4.

Lobby jackpot prizes are awarded as real money balance with no wagering restrictions, except when won while playing with a deposit bonus or cashback — in such cases, wagering requirements of the respective bonus apply.

ReferRefer-a-Friend Policy

The Referrer must have made at least one successful deposit into their OzWins Casino account to become eligible for referral rewards.

8.

To activate the referral bonus, the Referred Friend must make a first deposit of at least AU$20.

11.

All referral rewards must be wagered at least five (5) times before any related withdrawal can be processed.

12.

Both the Referrer and the Referred Friend must reside at different residential addresses to maintain program integrity.

10.

Referral rewards are distributed to the Referrer’s OzWins Casino account at the beginning of each calendar month.
