Deposits & Payment Methods
Deposits are accepted only from payment methods bearing the exact name used to register your Casino account.
We may request color copies (front and back) of card(s), and ID from the card owner, before processing any withdrawals.
You must wager each deposit at least once (1×) before requesting a withdrawal, or a 15% admin fee applies.
Bonuses & Promotions
In the interests of fair gaming, the maximum bet size during the playthrough of any bonus (including cashback offers) is AU$10 per bet. Betting above AU$10 during a bonus playthrough will result in any promotion winnings being voided.
Bets placed on Roulette on colour Red and Black are not allowed while a bonus is active — any winnings generated will be voided. Bets placed on European Roulette with an active bonus are also not allowed.
Withdrawals
Where feasible, withdrawals will be sent back to the payment method used for deposit. OzWins reserves the right to determine the method through which you receive withdrawals.
Withdrawals can only be made to accounts owned and controlled by the person registered on the Casino account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
If your deposit has not been wagered at least once, the Casino reserves the right to charge a processing fee — typically 15% — before approving a withdrawal.
17.1 Any account that remains inactive for 12 months or more will be deemed inactive, and any remaining balance may be voided.
17.2 If you choose to resume play at a later date, management may, at its discretion, restore the previously voided balance to your account.
Fair Play, Conduct & Account Closure
Abusive or offensive language directed at OzWins Casino staff will not be tolerated and will result in suspension of playing privileges.
Inappropriate or offensive usernames — including profane, sexist, or racist language — are not permitted. The Casino may close your account for violations of this policy.
